It Was an Idea I Fully Admit To.

"It was an idea I fully admit to, but the idea wasn't mine in the sense that it originated in other countries. I don't know when such elections were first conducted; I can't recall it at the moment. But when someone conveyed this idea to me here, I accepted it, and in that sense, it became mine," Jarosław Kaczyński stated before the commission on envelope elections, when asked if organizing elections by mail was his idea.

"I don't remember," he continued, when asked who conveyed the idea to him.
