- I believe that today we are still doing too little to avoid it [war] and to feel secure. However, some actions are the right ones, and I'm thinking here primarily of a very important armament program that was initiated under the previous government and is now being continued. I'm also thinking about a cultural change, also within our society, a civic society, which is indeed beginning to engage significantly in this form of civic service we are discussing – stated Jacek Siewiera on Radio Zet.
