Hołownia on the KRS Act: "The Committee is now the controller of the procedure. Chairwoman Gasiuk-Pihowicz is the right person to ask about it."
It [the KRS Act after Senate work] is in committee, which is considering the Senate's amendments. You know how it works, the Senate submitted its amendments, now the committee must prepare a report which will be presented to the Sejm, and the Sejm will vote on the amendments that the Senate has accepted. Chairwoman Gasiuk-Pihowicz has this in her hands now, she is working on this act. I haven't received any signal from her that it will be ready for this Sejm. Perhaps I will receive a signal that it will be ready for the next one. As soon as the Chairwoman signals that the committee is ready, we will immediately put it back on the Sejm agenda – stated Szymon Hołownia at a press briefing.
This act is in committee, or rather, the Senate's resolution regarding amendments is in committee. The committee is now the controller of this procedure, and therefore I think Chairwoman Gasiuk-Pihowicz is the right person to ask about it – he continued.
