- These individuals who will receive these notifications [regarding Pegasus] will be entitled to all rights afforded to victims, because that is how these people should be treated; they are victims of the actions of the prosecution and the special services. I also believe that these matters should be clarified through very thorough, detailed, and I would even say surgical prosecutorial proceedings.
