European Commission Backs Down from Foolish Green Deal Regulations

- Many of the messages of this [farmers'] protest have valid grounds. We understand them, we ourselves know well what it means to protest, what it means to fight. [...] But appreciation and seeing that the one to whom you direct these expectations has at least partially fulfilled them, and is doing everything in the remaining ones to bring about a positive outcome, must also be noticed by you - said Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz at the Third Way convention in Płock. - Set-aside, fertilizer use, winter cover, controls on small farms. All these matters are settled. At the European level, the European Commission has withdrawn from the foolish Green Deal regulations concerning agriculture, and this is our success and the success of the protestors.
