I Support the Construction of the Saxon Palace, but with a Different Vision
- As long as the law on the Saxon Palace is not changed, I am obliged to continue this construction; the law simply mandates it. Until it changes, I will do my utmost to rebuild. Yes, personally, I am a supporter of this construction, but with a different vision. We are not rebuilding a palace; we are creating an environment worthy of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, the only place in Poland that unites all Poles. It cannot be as it has been so far, with a hotel and casino on one side and companies on the other. This is not a worthy environment for the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier - said Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz at a press conference.
