- Immediately after my release from investigative custody, unmarked cars appeared at my home, tracking both me and my family. Every time we left the property, I still don't know who they were. However, I know who had a political interest in this matter not coming to light and in me not going to the media to share my knowledge - said Edgar Kobos before the investigative committee for the so-called visa scandal.
