Szłapka on Priorities for European Security: Increased Cooperation on Military Exercises and Encouraging EU Member States to Provide Greater Support for Ukraine

- These discussions about a [European army] have been going on for a very long time, but it's not about creating an alternative to NATO (...) However, it is certain that after February 24, 2022, Europe is waking up from its slumber and realizing that the defensive capabilities of the whole of Europe need to be strengthened – said Adam Szłapka on RMF FM.

- Certainly, tightening and increasing cooperation when it comes to exercises, and certainly pressing, encouraging all EU member states to increase their support for Ukraine – he added.
