- I am aware that the Sejm's resolution is not normative in character; it is declarative. However, I believe that the Sejm's resolution, when combined with the ownership rights of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage, grants the authority to undertake specific actions concerning the functioning of public media, and these actions have been taken by Minister Sienkiewicz - stated Adam Bodnar during a session of the Sejm's Justice Committee.
