- It is not the government changing the Constitutional Tribunal, but there is a plan to fix the justice system. Minister Bodnar is already implementing this plan. A comprehensive approach is needed, including constitutional changes. I am in favor of changing the Constitution, specifically the chapter on the Constitutional Tribunal, with an entirely new selection process requiring a 2/3 or 3/5 majority. A much higher threshold than is currently stipulated in the regulations.
