Kotula on Hate Speech Penalty Bill: I Think It's a February Matter, But That's Up to the Ministry of Justice
- We agreed on this as part of the negotiation talks, and it was included in the coalition agreement [penalties for hate speech based on gender or sexual orientation]. I am convinced that today this is a bill that could be quickly processed, as we discussed with non-governmental organizations, which clearly asked for this bill to precede the bill on civil partnerships - said Katarzyna Kotula in "Rozmowa Piaseckiego" on TVN24.
