Kwiatkowski on Envelope Elections and the Roles of Kaczyński and Morawiecki: I'm Curious if Either of Them Will Reveal Who Gave the Final Orders
- Mateusz Morawiecki broke the law; this has been established in an administrative court ruling on the matter. To put it plainly: he illegally organized elections without a legal basis. In Poland, elections are organized by the National Electoral Commission with the assistance of the administrative apparatus, including the National Election Bureau. What turned out to be the case? That it was Poczta Polska (the Polish Post) with its mailboxes that was supposed to replace the electoral commissions - said Krzysztof Kwiatkowski on TVN24.
- Morawiecki signed a specific document, breaking the law, but based on this document, the rumour mill suggests that Mr. Jacek Sasin issued orders to representatives of one of the companies, namely Poczta Polska. If you invite board members [...] to a committee meeting, and they have an obligation to attend, then I think they will gladly answer the question of who gave them orders. [...] I am curious about this one situation specifically, whether either of them [Mateusz Morawiecki and Jarosław Kaczyński] will say who actually issued those orders in the end, and it was the master of Nowogrodzka Street, Jarosław Kaczyński, who issued them - he continued.
