- Today, standing here as a quartet, we want to clearly state that while we differ on many things, we will prepare a government for you that will be able to build these hopes, to base this hope, which you expressed with such high turnout in the elections, on a strong, solid foundation. We have agreed, through a democratic procedure, through the discussions we have held, on this majority's candidate for Prime Minister. Let no one have any doubts about that. This majority will also present its candidates for the Speaker of the Sejm, the Speaker of the Senate, and for the most important positions in the state – said Szymon Hołownia during a statement in the Sejm.

- Today, the most important thing is to proceed according to the schedule set by our Constitution. The President is waiting to hear if there is a majority in the Sejm to appoint a Prime Minister. Today, he hears from us that there is, and there is a candidate for Prime Minister. Mr. President, there is nothing to wait for, and ahead of us is a tremendous amount of work that we must do today so that you, dear voters, never feel let down by the vote you cast for us, so that you never feel that every minute you spent queuing, in long queues at polling stations, was wasted in any way. We are ready to talk to each other, to make compromises, to arrange things as needed, because I know that it is not about us, but about you and about this unprecedented readiness for change that Polish society has shown by voting in the elections of October 15th – he added.
