- I have just learned that these remedial measures, i.e., the import ban, have been lifted. What does that mean? It means Tusk and Kołodziejczak got the cold shoulder, they achieved nothing. But what else does it mean? That's why I said it's a bittersweet gift, because I would have preferred them to simply extend the import ban, just as we forced the European Commission to accept our ultimatum back then. I would have preferred that, but they didn't do it. And you know what we will do now? We will extend this ban, despite the lack of the European Commission's consent. We will not listen to Berlin, we will not listen to von der Leyen, Tusk, or Weber. We will do it because it is in the interest of the Polish farmer. And this is precisely the fundamental difference between us and Civic Platform, who go to Brussels on their knees, begging like dogs for some kind of approval, and on top of that, they get slapped in the face – said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Ełk.
