The campaign staff of the Civic Coalition (KO) candidate highlights issues such as the increase of the tax-free amount for everyone, the equalization of direct subsidies for Polish farmers, and relief for "frank-loan" holders. The latter promise is contrasted with a statement by Jarosław Kaczyński from an interview with Polish Radio, in which the Law and Justice (PiS) party leader said that "frank-loan" holders should take matters into their own hands.

The last point mentioned in the recording is the announcement of the creation of a Medical Fund, a pledge the president made during the signing of the bill concerning compensation for TVP.
