- Today we decided to lay, one might say, a symbolic cornerstone for the construction of a center in the next few years, which will undoubtedly be state-of-the-art. This is also part of the National Oncology Strategy, announced by President Andrzej Duda. The President is the spiritus movens, the inspirer of various initiatives in the medical field, in the healthcare sector, but the Lower Silesian Oncology Center is also a pet project of the President - said Mateusz Morawiecki during the ceremony of handing over the notarial deed concerning the transfer of land for the construction of the new Lower Silesian Oncology Center in Wrocław.
