As we unofficially hear, July 12th is one of the possible and considered election dates. Our interlocutors stipulate that the final date will depend on the Supreme Court's ruling, assuming that on May 11th, the National Electoral Commission (PKW) will issue a declaration that the elections did not take place.

The elections are to be re-scheduled, but with the preservation of acquired rights, meaning that candidates who have registered will remain so. In other words, the amendment, which is part of the compromise, will stipulate the preservation of acquired rights, but it will be possible to nominate new candidates within a short period.

The Prime Minister also participated in reaching the agreement, and as we hear from interlocutors at the Presidential Palace, he discussed this matter and obtained the President's consent.
