- Two conditions must be met. The first condition is epidemic-related. Experts on the country's health situation must deem it reasonable to implement such a procedure. The second condition, no less important for the president, is to organise these elections in such a way that they guarantee secrecy, universality, and everything that is enshrined in the constitution. If it is possible to organise it in such a way that these two conditions are met, then the president will accept such a solution [postal voting]. In other words, it must be medically and legally safe - stated Andrzej Zybertowicz in an interview with Bogdan Rymanowski on the programme "Wydarzenia i opinie" (Events and Opinions) on Polsat News.

- I believe that after the holidays, experts on the epidemic situation will signal whether it is reasonable or not. The president will constantly monitor the level of organisational preparations and will assess, probably with the help of specialists from the National Security Bureau (BBN), whether the organisational procedures proposed and implemented, which can be launched by a given moment, guarantee the legal safety of the elections. Without such an assessment, the president will certainly not make a decision on how to proceed - he continued.
