"What they want to create is a curio. I suspect [the elections on May 10] will not take place. If they do, it will be to great detriment, because turnout will be low and the legitimacy of the person who wins these elections, and we can guess who will win, will be very poor, meager, and moreover, there will be a lot of electoral protests to the Supreme Court, and whether the Supreme Court will [consider them] is completely unknown. I wouldn't rule out the Supreme Court seriously considering invalidating these elections" - said Judge Wojciech Hermeliński, former chairman of the National Electoral Commission, in an interview with Katarzyna Kolenda-Zaleska on "Fakty po Faktach" on TVN24.
