“I held a meeting with the Prime Minister, the Minister of Health, and their colleagues at the National Security Bureau concerning the coronavirus, which is present in Europe and, primarily from Italy, is spreading to all countries. According to the information I received from the Minister of Health, no cases have been detected in our country” – said President Andrzej Duda in Garwolin.

“I asked for information. Yesterday, I discussed this with the Minister of the Interior and Administration, Minister Mariusz Kamiński, who spoke about the procedures at airports and the situation regarding infrastructural reserves. I asked for information on the hospital bed situation and the preparedness of infectious disease wards. Actions have already been taken. They have been underway for several weeks” – he added.
