If a bribe-taker is from the ruling camp, then we are dealing with a brutal fight of bulldogs under the carpet, an amoral factional struggle, testifying to the state's decline. Among the individuals who have faced charges as a result of this service's actions are former and current parliamentarians, both associated with the opposition and the ruling camp.
