This is the creation of a legal monster. Poland has until now been a certain model when it comes to European countries. Today, the system created by PiS is creating a kind of legal monster, which leads to the fact that none of us, nor any of the viewers, can be certain that a verdict was final and unshakeable. They will not be able to be certain of the stability of the law – said Marcin Kierwiński in an interview with Michał Rachoń on TVP Info's program “Jedziemy”.
The question is how it is pieced together and what is taken. One can take various solutions from different countries and completely distort their meaning – the PO politician emphasized.
