In our opinion, this resolution is void and can be very surprising, for example, it adopted the statute of a judge who does not adjudicate. I don't know if you know. There will be judges who are judges, they come to court, take money, but do not adjudicate. Well, each of us would want such a job, journalists and us and everyone. To simply take money for nothing until retirement, and this follows from this resolution - stated Michał Wójcik at a briefing in Katowice.
