The Supreme Court's role is to apply existing laws. Period. - said Marcin Horała in an interview with Katarzyna Kolenda-Zaleska on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach".

There is a whole chapter in it about the competencies of courts and tribunals, and it clearly states which court and tribunal has what competencies, and the Supreme Court does not have such competencies - Horała added.
