Judges' disciplinary responsibility must become a reality, not a fiction, as it has been until now. This is precisely what the Disciplinary Chamber in the Supreme Court, which we established, serves, and this is what its structural design serves. I hope that thanks to the work of this chamber, the justice system will finally be repaired - said President Andrzej Duda in an interview with Michał Adamczyk on the TVP Info program “Gość Wiadomości”.
