- For tomorrow, because this is an important matter, I have invited a group of distinguished Polish constitutionalists. Madam President Gersdorf. I am also inviting the head of the parliamentary committee, Mr. Ast, and representatives of legal professions for a working consultation in the Senate in order to deepen our knowledge on how the Senate can respond to the ECJ ruling. Whether we will potentially proceed with legislative initiative changing the KRS, or whether we will only support the Supreme Court - said Tomasz Grodzki in an interview with Piotr Marciniak on TVN24's "Fakty po faktach".
