We need a justice system populated by judges of a free, independent, and sovereign Poland. Untainted by those times [of the PRL] and those years. This is a change that is essential for our state and our society. We must end the so-called co-optation in courts and in the justice system, so that judges exclusively appoint themselves to positions, because this is precisely what leads to the creation of the so-called privileged, elite caste, where there are those chosen who decide on the professional life and death of others - President Andrzej Duda said during a meeting with residents of the Gryfice district.
- They are the ones. Especially those who have sat on the Supreme Court in recent decades, they are primarily responsible for the fact that disciplinary jurisdiction within the Polish justice system was de facto a fiction. In reality, it basically didn't exist - the president added.
