"We must continue a policy founded on credibility. We must keep our word, because that is the foundation of a real democracy. Where there is no credibility, where different things are said and then not done, the act of choosing simply means nothing, it is a fiction, an empty procedure. This strengthens us, the forces of good change, and at the same time weakens them. We must also do other things, undertake other initiatives.
