Poles Have the Right to Information on All Flights. We've Requested Data on All HEAD-Status Flights Pre-2015 as Well

Michał Olech

We believe this time limit is artificial; Poles have the right to information about all flights. That's why we've requested information on all flights designated as HEAD, including those prior to 2015, so that public opinion has full access to this data. We've submitted such a request and are already in contact with the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency. We are to receive this complete data next Monday and it will be immediately shared with the Polish public, allowing them to form opinions based on a real frame of reference, in a fair, open, and transparent manner - stated Marcin Horała at a briefing outside the headquarters of the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency. - Yesterday, we indeed submitted the relevant document concerning these flights that had HEAD status. We are awaiting a response from the Polish Air Navigation Services Agency. I hope that the documents we receive will show the spectrum through which Poles will be able to form an opinion not only on flights between 2015-2019 but also on those from earlier periods - added Paweł Lisiecki. - We simply want to expose the hypocrisy of Civic Platform. Law and Justice (PiS) upholds very high standards. In a situation where no law was broken, but in the public's perception, there was an excessive use of legally entitled privileges, Marshal Kuchciński resigned. Meanwhile, within Civic Platform, individuals continue to operate who, it cannot be said they merely abused certain legally entitled functions, but are outright accused of committing crimes, face prosecutorial charges, and continue to function unimpeded. And in the area of flights, we've also heard many disturbing reports. Such as Donald Tusk flying home every weekend, or giving rides to his daughter's boyfriend, or Marshal Borusewicz flying to walk his dog. We want to verify all of this. Poles have the right to receive this information. We will obtain it from PAŻP and will share it with the public - concluded Horała.
