Once we receive the positive opinion from the National Electoral Commission regarding October 13th, the President declared that such a document will be prepared immediately at the Presidential Palace. It is, of course, being prepared, and the President will sign this document. It will then be sent to the government for publication. The entire machinery will then be able to formally commence” - stated Minister Błażej Spychalski on TVP2.
