On August 1, the Prime Minister's Office (KPRM) joined scouts in tidying up the graves of Warsaw Uprising insurgents at the Wilanów Cemetery. This initiative, promoted on social media, highlights the KPRM's engagement with historical remembrance and civic duty.

The event, shared via a Twitter post from the official account of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland (https://twitter.com/premierrp/status/1156568171572342785?s=12), showcased the collaborative effort between government representatives and youth organizations in honoring those who fought for Poland's freedom.

The Warsaw Uprising, a pivotal moment in Polish history, saw the Home Army attempt to liberate Warsaw from Nazi Germany occupation. The insurgents' bravery and sacrifice continue to be commemorated through various national events and initiatives.

The participation of the Prime Minister's Office and the scouts underscores the importance of passing down the memory of these heroes to younger generations and fostering a sense of national pride and responsibility.
