Thursday's Political Agenda: End of Parliamentary Work on Zero PIT and Westerplatte Special Bill, PO Presents Foreign Policy Program, Croatian Prime Minister's Visit

Thursday marks the second and final day of the Sejm session. At 1:00 PM, MPs will return to work on the so-called zero PIT (Personal Income Tax) for young people. The government's solution is expected to be adopted today. The same applies to the special bill concerning Westerplatte, which received a positive opinion from the infrastructure committee yesterday. The evening voting block will commence at 8:30 PM.

The Sejm investigative committee for VAT fraud will convene for two sessions: at 8:00 AM, MPs will hold discussions behind closed doors, and from 9:00 AM, they will question Stanisław Jarosz, followed by Wiesław Pomorski.

At 10:30 AM, Civic Platform is scheduled to present its foreign policy program. At 11:00 AM, Minister of Education Dariusz Piontkowski will summarize this year's high school final exam results at the Central Examination Commission headquarters.

The Prime Minister of Croatia will be visiting Warsaw today and will meet with the head of the Polish government at 11:35 AM. A joint press conference of the prime ministers is scheduled for 1:20 PM. Meanwhile, at noon, President Andrzej Duda will meet with the Club of Polish-Speaking Ambassadors.
