We will respond to the ruling, not the opinion. I can only say that Poland is among those EU countries that, unlike, for example, Germany or France, respect all rulings of the Court of Justice - stated Jarosław Gowin in an interview with Beata Michniewicz on 'Trójka's Political Salon'. - Regardless of how it [the case before the ECJ] concludes, yesterday's opinion and any potential ruling following it is, in my opinion, a manifestation of a dangerous expansion of the competences of the Community institutions for the EU. It is no coincidence that eurosceptic tendencies are appearing in the EU, in Western European countries - I say this with concern - because Poland's interest lies in a strong, united Europe, but this euroscepticism among Western European societies stems precisely from the fact that EU institutions are unduly interfering too deeply in the internal affairs of member states - he continued.
