Both Presidents Accepted the Negotiated Text of the Agreement on Increased U.S. Presence in Poland
- Both presidents [of Poland and the USA] have accepted the negotiated text of the agreement regarding the increased American presence in Poland. Therefore, we are now formally preparing for the signing of this document and its adoption by the presidents today - stated Krzysztof Szczerski at a briefing in the USA.
- This political agreement, which concerns American troops in Poland, will also be accompanied by other agreements that are being signed in parallel in Washington. They will concern energy issues and cooperation in internal affairs. These are also very important other agreements that will accompany the president's visit. All details will be announced today at the White House - he noted.
