Diluting ACTA2 is a Bullseye for PiS. Wigura: PiS Scores Effectively, Seeking Young Voters. PiS Politician Off the Record: Research Shows Young People Are Interested in ACTA2, Perceiving the Directive as a Threat to Freedom.

- According to research commissioned by PiS, the so-called ACTA2 issue interests young people who see the directive as a threat to freedom of speech. At the same time, they are surprised by the lack of public discussion on the matter. They are outraged that no one is trying to defend freedom of speech - a PiS politician tells us about the background to choosing opposition to the controversial directive as part of the "Fifth Plus" program. "- Kaczyński said he would dilute the ACTA2 directive, that's an interesting, bullseye shot," Grzegorz Sroczyński commented on TVN24. "- This is an attempt to reach out to the young electorate, which hasn't been strongly pro-PiS until now. Platforma made a mistake, PiS is capitalizing on a ball that was served to them on a plate," Tomasz Żółciak from DGP commented on the spot. "- PiS has effectively scored points, PiS is looking for young voters, it might turn out to be a sound tactical move," Karolina Wigura from Kultura Liberalna said. "- PiS accurately identifies issues that resonate with various social groups. They are trying to sell the so-called ACTA2 as an attack on our freedom. Prime Minister's speech even mentioned Hannah Arendt," Agata Szczęśniak from Oko.press said on Marcin Meller's show immediately after the PiS convention. "- They can score points on this, it's a catchy topic," said director Paweł Maślona. "- PiS conducts politics brilliantly, they impose topics brilliantly," said Dariusz Rosiak on Meller's show.
