"We will have to look for a solution [on how to bring to account those who do not hold office before the State Tribunal]. The Justice and Reconciliation Commission will have to consist of outstanding legal experts. There is no need to break the constitution [to bring Kaczyński before the State Tribunal]. Everything indicates that Jarosław Kaczyński could also – for now, this is theory, we don't have the right instruments – face criminal charges. The Justice and Reconciliation Commission will be established by a special act" – said the leader of Wiosna, Robert Biedroń, in an interview with Monika Olejnik on "Kropka nad i" on TVN24.
