A wreath-laying ceremony will take place at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at 1:00 PM. A meeting with Jarosław Kaczyński is also planned. While the time is not yet known, Wyborcza.pl reported yesterday about a press conference scheduled for 4:45 PM.

Starting at 10:00 AM, the parliamentary investigative committee for VAT fraud will be hearing testimony from Tomasz Tratkiewicz, the former director of the Goods and Services Tax Department at the Ministry of Finance. At 11:00 AM, Deputy Prime Minister Jarosław Gowin and Minister Jadwiga Emilewicz will hold a joint press conference. At 10:00 AM, a briefing regarding personnel and wage policy at the National Bank of Poland (NBP) will take place at the NBP.
