„We are now receiving a notification from the ECJ in recent hours. I can say that we will definitely respond to it after a thorough analysis. In bilateral discussions, I believe I have convinced several more leaders about what the Polish justice system reform looked like, how it looks now, and how much it is needed. I showed that 80% of Poles want a reform of the justice system, that these verdicts are very often considered unfair, unobjective, and damaging to people's sense of justice, and therefore we are continuing this reform” - said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki in Brussels.

„We will see what proposals come from the EU institutions. Various possibilities will be analyzed” - he added.
