- Not for the first time have we had to explain to the Prime Minister what the constitutional order in Poland is. Decisions regarding laws are made by the President of the Republic of Poland. The President has until March 20th to make a decision on this SAFE loan matter - wrote Rafał Leśkiewicz on social media.
