Szefernaker on the Referendum: The President has a very good idea, but everything depends on its implementation. So far, I don't see a campaign being conducted. - Discussions are ongoing [regarding the referendum]. The Senate's agreement is necessary. I am convinced that within these discussions, there will be arguments that both sides understand, because what also differentiates us from our predecessors is that there is no war at the top here, there is cooperation and conversation. Moreover, Marshal Karczewski has repeatedly announced meetings with representatives of the Presidential Chancellery. Certainly, the idea of a referendum and of discussing the Constitution, the idea of changing the Constitution altogether, discussions about the Constitution – this idea is a good idea from the President. I believe the President has a very good idea, but everything depends on how this idea is implemented – stated Paweł Szefernaker in an interview with Marcin Fijołek on wPolsce.pl. He added:

"There is incredible work ahead for the President's administration and collaborators, because very often good ideas have failed due to technical issues, related to convincing Poles to go to this referendum, to publicize the issue of this referendum. Personally, I do not see a campaign being conducted at the moment, and without this campaign, this referendum has no chance of success. A lot of work lies ahead for the collaborators, for the entire Presidential administration, to convince Poles to go to this referendum."
