- If we look at the technical cost, setting aside all fees, all expenses, the technical, pure cost of producing energy, a kilowatt-hour of energy from coal, is still more expensive than for renewable sources. Energy from wind and solar is generally the cheapest energy, even if we look at the technical cost of production without taxation or fees - said Paulina Hennig-Kloska on TVN24's "Fakty po Faktach" (Facts after Facts).
