Adamowicz Presents 8 Points for Gdańsk: We Propose a Programmatic Agreement for Residents "The market of names for the candidate for Mayor of Gdańsk is coming to an end. Personal speculation is ending. We should begin a serious discussion about the future of Gdańsk. We should have a serious discussion about ideas and goals for the next five years," said the Mayor of Gdańsk, Paweł Adamowicz, at a press conference. "We are proposing a programmatic agreement for the residents, that we will achieve eight goals within the next five years," Adamowicz added. Among the 8 points are, among others, the introduction of a nursery voucher, the "Gdańsk Sundays" initiative (more attractions on the city card), the introduction of benefits for seniors, reducing the number of fatal accidents involving pedestrians, and the development of public transport.
