Jaki's Sunday Briefing on Ultimatum Expiration for Trzaskowski Regarding Warsaw's Refusal to Appeal Compensation for Reprivatization Scandal Victims Oskar Hejka, a Warsaw councilor, announced Patryk Jaki's Sunday briefing concerning the expiry of the ultimatum given to Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz and Rafał Trzaskowski. "I am giving Trzaskowski 24 hours to ensure that the City Hall withdraws the appeals against decisions beneficial to the city, the City Hall managed by Platforma. I am also giving Trzaskowski 24 hours to prepare the city for compensation payments, including to Brzeska's daughter," Patryk Jaki stated on Saturday at a briefing on Nabielaka 9. "If not, it will mean that they stand on the side of claim peddlers. It is unbelievable that after this entire scandal, they still, to this day, after so many days, have not declared that they want to pay out this money, which the commission has already obtained from the reprivatization mafia, not from the state budget," Jaki stated. "If Trzaskowski is unable within 24 hours to cause HGW to withdraw the appeals against decisions beneficial to the city to the courts and is unable to cause the city to prepare for the payment of these funds, he will clearly indicate whose side he is on," added the PiS candidate for the mayor of Warsaw.
