Consequently, Law and Justice, despite requiring a qualified majority of 3/5 votes, managed to decide the election in the first round. — THE OPPOSITION ON THE KRS ELECTION: THIS IS A DAY OF SHAME. During a joint press conference, parliamentarians from PO, Nowoczesna, and PSL-UED argued that responsibility for the independence of the judiciary rests on all judges.
