Civic Platform Reports Marek Kuchciński to the Prosecutor's Office

- Today, we are filing a notification with the prosecutor's office regarding the suspicion of Marek Kuchciński committing a crime, based on violations of the Sejm's regulations, the Act on Access to Public Information, and the Act on the Exercise of the Mandate of a Member of Parliament and Senator - Arkadiusz Myrcha informed at a briefing in the Sejm.

- Marshal Kuchciński, in a manner inconsistent with current regulations, denies MPs access to key information. The Marshal is not providing MPs with information that can and should influence how they behave in the upcoming vote. This concerns the lists of support from 25 judges who submitted signatures under candidacies for the National Council of the Judiciary (KRS) - stated Borys Budka.
