State Department Denies Onet Reports: Any Reports of Suspended Security Cooperation or High-Level Dialogue Are Simply Untrue - We have clearly articulated our concerns regarding this legislation in statements by the Secretary of State, my own, a position conveyed to our European agenda, and in a video message from the ambassador. Any reports of suspended security cooperation or high-level dialogue are simply untrue. Poland is a close NATO ally, that hasn't changed and it won't change. That doesn't mean we can't have differences of opinion. We believe we will have full and frank conversations, and that media relations [concerning the Holocaust] that a country may not agree with will be enabled, and that is important to us. We will encourage the government to take our remarks into consideration. We do not intend to abandon our security commitments to Poland. But I also want to make it clear that we are not abandoning our right to voice our concerns about this legislation - said State Department spokesperson Heather Nauert at a briefing.
