- This [the Southern Hospital affair] is also a lesson for us to further tighten supervision over companies and what is happening. It is also an opportunity for me to adopt the highest possible standard in the country, because I clearly stated: there will be no politicians on either management boards or supervisory boards. Of all [municipal companies] – said Rafał Trzaskowski in "Guest of Events" Polsat News.

- Not because the politicians up to now lacked competence, because many of them were very competent and it was very good to cooperate with them, but simply so that from now on there would be no shadow of a doubt that politics could influence - he explained.

- This is a super courageous decision that is intended to introduce the highest possible standard and simply set a standard in Poland, so that only and exclusively professionals are employed - he argued.
