- Last year, there was a shortfall of 14 billion and from November onwards, surgeries and procedures were postponed to the next year. Experts have calculated that since the current government admits there will be a shortfall of 23 billion PLN, surgeries and procedures will be postponed as early as September to October - said Mateusz Morawiecki in Andrychów.

- So, attention, one promise of this government will be fulfilled. Do you know which one? The doctor will call patients. But not to ask about their health, but to say: we are postponing your surgery, we are postponing your procedure to next year - he stated.
