"Oh, there is a legal basis. On May 27, 2025, the Council of the EU adopted the SAFE regulation. This regulation is public. I understand that PiS politicians have this unbearable habit of not reading documents, but this regulation clearly states that all contracts signed after the regulation comes into force, i.e., after May 28, 2025, are covered by the SAFE mechanism. That's why, yes, contracts that can be financed by the SAFE mechanism are already being implemented," stated Magdalena Sobkowiak-Czarnecka on Radio Zet.
