The Sejm will resume its session at 9:00 AM with a series of topical questions, and at 11:15 AM, at the request of PiS, it will hear a current information report regarding group layoffs and a drastic increase in unemployment in Poland, particularly among young people.
From 12:45 PM to 1:00 PM, procedural votes will take place, after which the Sejm will proceed to the second reading of the resolution project submitted by coalition MPs concerning actions necessary to ensure the Constitutional Tribunal meets the requirements of a court established by law, independent, and impartial. The discussion on this matter will last until 3:30 PM.
At 5:00 PM, the Justice and Human Rights Committee will convene to provide opinions on applications for positions as judges of the Constitutional Tribunal: six nominated by the Sejm presidium and two nominated by PiS.
At 2:00 PM, a two-day session of the Senate will commence, during which senators will address, among other things, the government's draft bill reforming the National Labour Inspectorate.
Today marks the last day of the official state visit of the Swedish royal couple to Poland. President Andrzej Duda and the First Lady, along with King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia, will visit the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk (2:30 PM). Subsequently, at 3:45 PM, Agata Kornhauser-Duda and Queen Silvia will visit the Children's Support Centre of the 'Dajemy Dzieciom Siłę' (We Give Children Strength) Foundation.
Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz will also meet with the Swedish royal couple, also in Gdańsk. At 1:00 PM at the Wybrzeże Theatre, the Minister of National Defence will participate in the conference "Conversations on Baltic Sea Security: Strengthening Polish-Swedish Strategic Partnership." Bilateral talks will begin at 2:45 PM. The welcome for the King and Queen of Sweden is scheduled for 3:45 PM.
However, earlier, at 11:20 AM, Deputy Prime Minister Kosiniak-Kamysz will meet with the Minister of Defence of Sweden, Pål Jonson, at the Naval Port in Gdynia. Statements by the ministers to the media are scheduled for 11:55 AM.
At 11:30 AM, a press conference will be held near the town of Ozierany Wielkie, close to the Belarusian border, with the Minister of Interior and Administration, Marcin Kierwiński, and Deputy Minister Czesław Mroczek.
